1. Comply with regulations method.
COD heating decomposition furnace CR 25 is designed according to the closed reflux method of NIEA W517.52B of my country Environmental Inspection Institute and USEPA410.4, and digests and decomposes organic matter in COD test tube according to ST-COD method of ISO15705:2002. This method is more traditional Potassium dichromate reflux method is more time-saving and safe and easy to operate.
2. Dedicated COD execution program.
CR 25's unique COD execution program, you only need to activate the program switch, the instrument will automatically heat up to the set temperature and count down. After the end, there will be a warning sound and the power will be automatically turned off. The special program heating mode is as follows
(1) COD: 150°C, 120min (standard mode)
(2) COD2: 165°C, 20min (preheating mode)
3. Additional 2 sets of heating programs can be stored.
The CR 25 can set the timer heating function of 30°C~200°C and 999 minutes, and has a memory that can store 2 sets of heating programs you set by yourself.
4. Automatic shutdown and sound warning function.
When the CR 25 finishes executing any heating program, it will notify with a sound and automatically stop the heating of the instrument.
5. Anti-scalding cover (standard).
25 holes, 16mm diameter PTFE insulation board, can prevent burns caused by accidentally touching the heating aluminum block under high temperature heating.
6. COD special aluminum block (standard).
25 holes, 16mm diameter aluminum block, suitable for COD test tubes of major manufacturers.
7. Protective cover (optional).
The PC material protective cover can protect the operator from sudden test tube burst.
