Corrosion-Resistant Lined Stainless Steel Filter, 0.4-0.6 MPa (CAT#: STEM-BC-2869-ZJF)

This corrosion-resistant filter combines a stainless steel pressure shell with a chemically resistant internal lining. Product-contact surfaces can be lined with F30, F40, F46, PTFE, PFA, or PO according to the process fluid. The external stainless steel body provides mechanical strength, while the lining protects the flow path from aggressive chemicals. Cartridge, bag, and tilting titanium-element configurations are available for different filtration duties. Cartridge housings can accommodate multiple elements for scalable processing capacity. Bag-filter versions support economical removal of larger contaminant loads. Tilting filters can be configured for decarbonization and solids-handling processes. The system is intended for high-corrosion or elevated-temperature chemical applications requiring customized materials and construction.
