Corning® Cellstack® Cell Culture Chambers is manufactured by Corning. This product provides a cell growth area of 1272 cm2, ideal for scale-up cell culture. The cell yield produced in the culture chamber ranges from 107 to 109. It has two 26mm diameter filling ports, which provides direct access to the bottom of the chamber, so that allows for pouring, pipetting or aseptic filling and emptying through pipes in a completely closed system. The standard 33mm screw cap has a 0.2 μm pore non-wettable membrane, which is directly sealed on the cap to allow gas exchange, and minimize the risk of contamination.
