Corevital PND High Flow Low Protein Adsorption Hydrophilic PVDF Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0020-ZJF)

Corevital PND hydrophilic filters use a dual-layer PVDF membrane design for high flow filtration with low protein adsorption. The filter is intended for buffer filtration, bioburden reduction, pre-column protection, ultrafiltration protection, and protection before sterilizing filtration. It provides reliable bacterial and particle retention while maintaining high throughput. The construction includes hydrophilic PVDF membrane, polypropylene support layers, polypropylene cartridge components, and optional capsule configurations. Cartridge versions include PBT interface liners and multiple seal materials, while SP3 capsule configurations use 316L stainless steel liners and PEI housings. Different filtration area formats are available for standard and large-area cartridges. The product supports integrity testing, traceability, and defined sterilization options depending on configuration. It is suitable for process filtration where low protein adsorption and protective filtration are required.
