Corevital PMD Low Protein Adsorption Hydrophilic PVDF Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0027-ZJF)

Corevital PMD is a hydrophilic PVDF filter designed for low protein adsorption and high-throughput pre-filtration. It uses a dual-layer membrane configuration to support reliable bacterial and particle retention. The filter is suitable for buffer filtration, bioburden reduction of pharmaceutical liquids, pre-column protection, ultrafiltration protection, and protection before final sterilizing filtration. Cartridge versions use polypropylene structural components with PBT interface liners. Capsule versions use polypropylene housings, while SP3 capsule configurations include 316L stainless steel interface liners and PEI housings. Standard and large-area formats are available to support different process capacities. The filter supports integrity testing and serial number traceability for process control. Sterilization compatibility varies by cartridge or capsule configuration.
