Corevital MMD High Mycoplasma Retention Hydrophilic PVDF Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0051-ZJF)

Corevital MMD is a hydrophilic PVDF filter designed for high mycoplasma retention in bioprocess filtration. It is suitable for typical mycoplasma removal applications, buffer mycoplasma removal, intermediate product filtration, bulk solution filtration, and final product filtration. The filter provides low adsorption for sensitive process liquids. The construction includes hydrophilic PVDF membrane, polypropylene support layers, polypropylene structural components, and PBT interface liners for cartridge formats. Capsule formats use polypropylene housings and silicone vent O-rings. The membrane configuration is designed as a 0.1/0.1 μm structure for mycoplasma retention. The product supports sterilization options depending on cartridge or capsule configuration. Each unit is 100% integrity tested and traceable by unique serial number.
