Utilizing SYBR Green real-time PCR technology, this detection kit enables the amplification and quantification of Cordyceps-Derived Component with high efficiency. Specific primers are designed to bind to conserved gene regions of the target. As PCR progresses, fluorescence is generated and captured by the system in real time, providing clear and reliable interpretation of the presence and quantity of Cordyceps-Derived Component in test samples.

Note 1: Components from different lot numbers must not be used interchangeably.
Note 2: The kit components are sufficient for the number of tests specified on the label.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.

Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
