Consieve TFF Ultrafiltration Membrane Cassette (CAT#: STEM-BC-0039-ZJF)

Consieve TFF ultrafiltration membrane cassettes are designed for tangential flow filtration from laboratory development to process production. They are available with PES and regenerated cellulose membrane materials to support different process requirements. PES membranes provide broad chemical compatibility, high flux, low protein adsorption, and high product recovery. Regenerated cellulose membranes provide strong hydrophilicity, organic solvent tolerance, low protein adsorption, and improved product yield. The cassettes are suitable for concentration of biomacromolecules such as recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and viruses. They can also be used for diafiltration, desalting, buffer exchange, separation, purification, endotoxin removal, and removal of macromolecules. Lab and Flow cassette formats support linear scale-up across process stages. Each cassette is tested before shipment for integrity and tangential flow performance.
