Compact Electrospinning System TES, Transparent Chamber (CAT#: STEM-AL-5588-ZJF)

The TES is a laboratory compact basic electrospinning system designed for producing laboratory nanofiber membranes. It uses a horizontal nozzle arrangement to direct an electrospinning jet toward the collector. A transparent acrylic chamber provides full visual access to the active process area. The standard drum collector receives nanofibers as a membrane. The nozzle can be positioned in three dimensions to establish the required alignment. Other collector types can replace the drum when a different collection geometry is needed. A simple control panel provides local operation of the installed components. The lightweight compact enclosure supports movement and installation in limited laboratory space.
