NEMO-E9 is a compact high-throughput liquid handling workstation built around a 96-channel pipetting head. The nine-position deck supports plate replication, sample and reagent distribution, transfer, and dilution workflows. Independent X, Y, and Z motion provides automated positioning of the liquid-handling module. Air-displacement pipetting supports automated tip handling and repeatable plate-to-plate liquid transfer. The workstation can perform single-column, multiple-column, full-plate, and 96-to-384-well dispensing operations. Graphical software supports drag-and-drop method editing and includes default liquid-handling procedures. The open integration design allows connection with temperature-control, shaking, and other laboratory modules. The system is intended for laboratories requiring compact high-throughput microplate processing with limited bench or enclosure space.
