The Chromstar® 4FF/6FF size exclusion chromatography resin is based on a highly cross-linked agarose matrix with a 4% or 6% cross-linking ratio. It separates molecules by differences in molecular weight and conformation. This resin is ideal for the separation and purification of various biomolecules, including recombinant proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, viruses, virus-like particles, and polysaccharides.
