The LumiStation 1800 is a laboratory microplate reader designed for chemiluminescence microplate assays. It supports chemiluminescence detection for quantitative microplate measurements. Optical measurements are controlled through integrated wavelength-selection and detector components appropriate to the configured detection modes. The instrument supports endpoint and analytical workflows and can be used for routine assay development and measurement. Integrated software provides instrument control, data acquisition, curve fitting, and result analysis. Microplate shaking and temperature-controlled incubation are available where specified to support assay preparation and kinetic measurements. The optical design includes photon-counting detection and a light-trap system to reduce signal interference between wells.
