CF-5-12LT/LTP Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace, 1200°C and 7.2 L (CAT#: STEM-BC-3452-ZJF)

The CF-5-12LT and CF-5-12LTP are 1200°C ceramic-fiber furnaces for laboratory and industrial thermal work. Their 7.2 L chamber accommodates samples for ashing, elemental analysis, and small-component heat treatment. A 5 kW heating system supports rapid temperature rise across the larger chamber. High-temperature resistance wire is embedded in the chamber walls to improve thermal uniformity. Aluminum-silicate fiber insulation lowers heat storage and reduces external temperature rise. The integrated PID controller displays programmed and actual temperatures on an LCD panel. A side-opening stainless-steel door provides corrosion resistance and effective chamber sealing. Opening the door automatically cuts heating power to protect the operator. The LTP configuration includes 32-segment programmable control for multi-stage thermal methods.
