The CF-4-10LT and CF-4-10LTP are medium-capacity ceramic-fiber resistance furnaces. They support laboratory elemental analysis, industrial testing, and heat treatment of small metal components. The 7.2 L chamber provides more working space than the compact 2.5 kW models. Ceramic-fiber insulation reduces thermal conductivity, empty-furnace power loss, and heating time. Embedded resistance wires distribute heat throughout the chamber for uniform processing. The integrated PID controller regulates temperature and presents operating values on an LCD. A cold-rolled steel housing with electrostatic coating improves corrosion and aging resistance. The stainless-steel door seals the chamber to limit heat loss and disconnects heating automatically when opened. The LTP version provides 32 programmable temperature segments for staged heating procedures.
