CCTS Cold-Chain Validation System, 512-Device Capacity (CAT#: STEM-BC-2824-ZJF)

This wireless validation system is designed for automated temperature and humidity qualification of cold-chain equipment. It consists of a validation host, intelligent repeaters, and wireless temperature and humidity collectors. The host synchronously controls the start and stop status of connected collectors. Collected records are centralized and combined into validation datasets and reports. Data can be exported locally through a USB drive or transferred to the validation platform through 4G, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. A self-organizing communication protocol and multiple frequency channels support reliable transmission in complex environments. Wired and wireless repeaters extend communication coverage for distant or obstructed monitoring points. Redundant storage in the host and collectors protects validation records during operation. The system is suitable for validating warehouses, cold rooms, refrigerators, refrigerated vehicles, cold boxes, and insulated containers.
