This Zero Air Generator is intended for hydrocarbon-free air supply to analytical instruments. It conditions compressed air to reduce hydrocarbons and other contaminants that can interfere with analytical measurements. Catalytic oxidation is used when specified to convert hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water. Additional adsorption, molecular-sieve, or drying stages further condition the air according to the provided design. Oil-free compression is integrated in configurations that generate their own compressed-air feed. Automatic drainage, valve switching, and pressure regulation are used where specified to support unattended operation. The resulting air is suited to detector combustion, carrier-support, or instrument-zero applications identified in the source.
