BSM-6B-BSM-60BE Graphite Digestion Block, RT to 240 °C, 6-60 positions is designed for acid digestion and preparation of multiple analytical samples. The system uses surrounding block heating. The documented operating envelope is RT to 240 °C, 6-60 positions. The corrosion-resistant structure is intended for work with strong acids and alkalis. Multi-position heating supports parallel preparation of several samples. PID or touchscreen control regulates temperature and can store staged heating programs according to the selected model. Temperature-curve records support process review and data traceability. Localized heating promotes acid-vapor reflux and can reduce reagent consumption. The series supports repeatable operation within the documented temperature, load, pressure, and environmental limits.
