Automatic, stainless steel, intermittent motion, horizontal tuck, cartoner rated from 30 to 100 cartons per minute-depending on materials and application. Cartoner size range: 20mm to 95mm in Length ; 16mm to 70mm in Width ; 60mm to 205mm in Depth. Equipped with an 84" long product infeed conveyor with ajustable guide rails, 24" long blank carton magazine, 2-cup vacuum reciprocating pick and place, 4-chain adjustable carrier chain with 3" high lugs set on 5" centers, right angle product to carton mechanical pusher, flap open gates during product load, top carton hold-down rail, and 28" long dule side compression belt discharge. Additionally features interlocking Lexan safety guarding, quick change Seco guages, status bar, Siemens PLC, and a swing arm touch panel operator interface. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
