The Biocontainment Class III Closed Loop Containment Isolator is a fully automatic negative pressure glove box. The system is engineered and programmed to maintain a slight negative working pressure (-0.50 in H2O). The internal air is continuously filtered by two HEPA filters. The efficiency of the filter is 99.9997%. These isolation units can be coupled together to carry out the work of multiple stations. They are large enough to accommodate four sets of glove ports.
