This product is a disposable vacuum filtration device, which must be used in conjunction with a vacuum pump to provide a pressure difference. Equipped with a high-quality polyethersulfone (PES) filtration membrane with a membrane pore size of 0.22μm, a filtration diameter of 90mm, and an effective membrane area of ??64cm2, it has the characteristics of extremely high flow rate and extremely low protein adsorption. Compared with mixed cellulose esters (MCE) and nylon (Nylon) membranes, it can provide a very high flow rate and very low protein adsorption and leaching. The filtration speed is 30%-40% faster than similar products. It is commonly used for filtering and sterilizing large-volume media, serum, buffers, additives and other solutions that are not suitable for autoclaving.
