The Beckman Coulter SystemGold Autosampler 507 provide automated handling and injection of samples into an HPLC system. Designed for easy plumping access to the injection valve and column, the units have four tray quadrants, which allow for samples to be loaded while other samples are running. The column is insulated from lab temperature fluctuations, ensuring reproducible results. In addition, if the system is not 'suitable,' autosamplers can shut down or take corrective action. Up to 96 sample vials can be loaded into four separate tray quadrants. Injection volume is programmable and includes a sample conservation mode when injecting micro sample voumes. The 507 Autosampler is also flexible in sample handling, being capable of executing up to 99 consecutive runs, i.e. series, during which different programmable methods, i.e. inject volume, analysis, etc., can be called for each series, thus allowing for individual handling of each sample vial.
