The AutoPrep 1000 is an automated preparative liquid chromatography system for pilot-scale purification. It can be used for purification of small molecules, natural products, peptides, and oligonucleotides. The system supports flow rates up to 1000 mL/min and 10 MPa maximum pressure. Multiple inlet and outlet configurations support flexible method setup. Temperature control supports reproducible operation across 4-50°C. The system can be configured for binary high-pressure gradient or isocratic operation. Optional conductivity, pH, and multi-wavelength UV detectors support process monitoring. Automated program operation, loading, separation, purification, and fraction collection improve workflow efficiency.
