It supports 60-400 mmol synthesis scale and is intended for large-batch manufacturing. The system can support kilogram-level product harvest per synthesis batch under appropriate process conditions. Sanitary metering diaphragm pumps and multiple detectors provide controlled fluid delivery and process monitoring. UV, conductivity, pressure, and temperature detection are integrated before and after the column. The system is suitable for post-launch production of small nucleic acid products and large-scale API preparation. It supports quality manufacturing standard-related quality documentation and validation workflows. Explosion-proof certification supports use in solvent-intensive synthesis environments.
