Automatic Solid-Phase Extraction System SPE100/SPE200/SPE400, 1/2/4 Channels (CAT#: STEM-AL2-0439-ZJF)

The SPE100, SPE200, and SPE400 are modular automatic solid-phase extraction systems with one, two, and four channels respectively. A four-axis X/Y/Z/H robotic arm positions samples, needles, and sealing components with a listed positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm. The systems can continuously process up to 52 samples and support independent channel control. A continuous sample pump provides a flow range of 0.1-120 mL/min and supports sample volumes from 0.1 mL to 20 L. Positive-pressure extraction operates with cartridge pressure from 0 to 145 psi, and pressure sensors provide editable overpressure thresholds. Eight solvent positions, liquid-level following, piercing sampling, and three-way waste separation are integrated into the fluid-handling workflow. Supported functions include nitrogen drying, online anhydrous sodium sulfate drying, online concentration, A/B serial-cartridge extraction, and multiple needle-cleaning modes. Remote Wi-Fi or wired control, scheduled start, method checking, and fault alarms support unattended automated sample preparation.
