Automatic Nitrogen Blowdown Concentrator HN-64, Up To 64 Positions (CAT#: STEM-AL2-0436-ZJF)

The HN-64 is an automatic nitrogen blowdown concentrator for parallel liquid-sample concentration. It supports up to eight independently controlled gas channels and can be configured for 64-position or 32-position sample racks. Each nitrogen needle follows the liquid level automatically as the sample volume decreases. The water-bath temperature range extends from ambient temperature to 100 °C with a listed control accuracy of ±0.1 °C. Automatic preheating, delayed nitrogen flow, delayed pressure increase, and near-dry endpoint operation support batch processing. Quick-connect nitrogen needles allow the needle count and concentration format to be changed for different sample racks. A transparent illuminated enclosure allows visual observation of the concentration process. A 15.6-inch color touchscreen displays water-bath temperature, nitrogen pressure, needle descent speed, and concentration time.
