Automatic Batching Weighing System, Multi-Material Sequential and Continuous Control (CAT#: STEM-BC-3331-ZJF)

This automatic batching weighing system uses weighing modules to measure and dispense multiple solid, liquid, or gaseous materials. It is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, feed, construction-material, coating, and plastics production. Available operating arrangements include single-hopper single-material and single-hopper multi-material configurations. Sequential batching adds materials to one weighing hopper according to a programmed recipe. Only one material enters the hopper at a time during sequential operation. Continuous batching weighs different materials separately and feeds them simultaneously at preset flow rates. Recipes can be entered through weighing terminals or downloaded from an upper-level computer. The system provides visual process management, data acquisition, report storage, and printing of consumption, inventory, and batching records.
