Automated NGS Library Preparation System NGS24-20-T, 24-Channel Pipetting (CAT#: STEM-AL-6625-ZJF)

NGS24-20-T is an automated library-preparation system for next-generation and third-generation sequencing workflows. The system integrates liquid handling with PCR, temperature control, magnetic processing, shaking, gripping, and nucleic-acid quantitation functions. A twenty-four-channel pipetting module supports flexible use of single tips, tip columns, or three-column tip groups during plate processing. Twenty deck positions provide space for reagents, samples, consumables, and integrated process modules. The integrated fluorescence quantitation module supports automated library concentration measurement and downstream normalization. Built-in methods can automate library preparation, quantitation, normalization, and pooling with minimal manual intervention. Programmable temperature and shaking modules support thermal and mixing steps required by sequencing-library workflows. The platform is intended for laboratories requiring an integrated medium-throughput system for multiple NGS library-preparation protocols.
