The Quadra 5 is an automated liquid handling workstation for automated liquid handling, SPE, and serial dilution workflows. The workstation is intended for automated liquid transfer in life-science and sample-preparation workflows. The source lists 450 µL tips suitable for use with deep-well plates. A six-position deck is used to navigate plates and processing modules. Liquid transfers between aqueous and organic solutions can be performed without changing tips according to the source. Automated or manual SPE modules can be configured on the platform. Both positive-pressure and negative-pressure SPE processing are supported. Optional plate stacking and ultrasonic tip cleaning can be added for higher-throughput workflows.
