CANTUS flexible format is an automated liquid handling platform built around eight independently controlled pipetting channels. Each channel can be controlled and calibrated separately to support variable spacing and flexible liquid-handling patterns. The system can also be configured with high-throughput 96- or 384-channel pipetting hardware for plate-based workflows. A large deck combines blood-collection-tube positions with standard microplate positions and can be customized for specific applications. Pressure and capacitive liquid-level sensing are available on the independent channels for dynamic aspiration control. A 360-degree rotating angled gripper supports plate handling and integration with external devices. Graphical software provides menu-based controls, drag-and-drop programming, and standard method templates. The platform is intended for workflows that require flexible tube handling, plate processing, robotic transfer, and expandable automation.
