The Automated CO2 Incubation Shaker is designed for automated suspension-cell and microbial culture. It combines orbital shaking with controlled temperature and carbon-dioxide conditions in an enclosed chamber. The shaking deck accommodates either 500 mL or 250 mL flasks and supports selectable orbital amplitudes. Automated bottle retrieval and transfer reduce the need for manual access during culture workflows. Six-sided heating, active cooling, passive humidification, and ultraviolet sterilization provide the environmental functions described for the system. The internal handling module moves along three axes and uses a gripper to store or retrieve individual flasks. Temperature stability, temperature uniformity, and CO2 concentration are regulated within the ranges stated for the equipment. The system is intended for automated cell passage, suspension-cell culture, microbial culture, and related bioprocess development workflows.
