The Arrayforce™ membrane contactor uses hollow fiber membranes in various configurations to control dissolved oxygen in ultrapure water systems. Different fiber and housing materials are selected based on flow rate and purity requirements. For semiconductor and panel manufacturing, the DO specification may require single- or dual-stage MDG units. Membrane contactors facilitate water treatment by controlling oxygen levels and ensuring high-quality output. The modular design supports different flow ranges from <500 mL/min to 91 m³/hr. Interfaces vary depending on fiber count and housing.
