APEX® NoStick™ Flip-Cap Microcentrifuge Tubes manufactured by Alpha Laboratories are made from a proprietary formulation of homopolymer polypropylene. These conical-bottomed, versatile and durable tubes are ideal for sample collection, processing and storage. APEX® NoStick™ tubes are completely non-reactive with samples making them ideal for RNA and DNA work. The resulting "no-stick" tube with extra low-adhesion eliminates the need to coat the tube with any other material, providing the perfect alternative to siliconised tubes. APEX® NoStick™ Microcentrifuge Tubes are graduated in 100µl increments for more accurate sample volume estimation and have a frosted writing area for easy labelling. The tubes can be centrifuged at up to 20000g. They are autoclavable and can be used within a temperature range of -90°C to 121°C, making them suitable for boiling applications.
