The Sugar-H type chromatography column is constructed using high-quality ion-exclusion chromatographic packing material—sulfonated polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB). This hydrogen form strong cation exchange column is characterized by its acid resistance and high-temperature tolerance, allowing for enhanced analysis efficiency by increasing column temperature.

Connect the instrument with a dual-way connection instead of a chromatographic column. Wash the instrument with 50ml of filtered ultrapure water.
Rinse the instrument with 50ml of analytical mobile phase, reducing the flow rate to 0ml/min.
Connect the Sugar-H chromatographic column to the HPLC system.
Set the flow rate to 0.2-0.3ml/min until the column temperature reaches the set value.
When the column temperature reaches the set value, increase the flow rate to the analytical flow rate, increasing the flow rate by 0.1ml/min increments. Continue increasing the flow rate after the back pressure stabilizes. The maximum flow rate should not exceed 1500psi pressure.
