Analysis of MCP-4 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0404-LGZ)

Introduction

Monocyte chemotactic proteins (MCPs) are a series of cytokines with similar structure, molecular mass about 8-10kD, and chemotactic function. They all contain 4 cysteines and form two internal disulfide bonds, and belong to the CC subfamily (β subfamily) of chemokines, including MCP-1, MCP-2, MCP-3, MCP-4, MCP-5. MCPs and their receptors play important roles in immune regulation, organogenesis, modulation of hematopoiesis, and neuronal communication. MCP-4 (CCL13) is a potent eosinophil-attractant factor.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
