Introduction

Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a cytokine of the chemokine family. IL-7 is a glycoprotein secreted by bone marrow stromal cells with a molecular weight of 25KD. The target cells of IL-7 are mainly lymphocytes, which have growth-promoting activity on B progenitor cells, thymocytes and peripheral mature T cells from human or mouse bone marrow.
