The AMR2-15 pilot-scale tangential flow filtration system is designed for automated TFF operations in bioprocess development and scale-up. It supports product concentration, diafiltration, and buffer exchange using hollow fiber modules or flat-sheet membrane cassettes. The system integrates feed and auxiliary peristaltic pumps, control software, data acquisition software, pressure monitoring, conductivity monitoring, and automatic backpressure control. Software can control automated start, stop, and switching between process units according to processing setpoints. Custom process sequences can be configured to match different process requirements. Disposable pressure sensors support single-use closed workflows and reduce cross-contamination risk. The system is compatible with multiple filter brands and sizes. Its design principles support linear scale-up from R&D to pilot and production systems.
