The AMMS® MSC Cell Culture Kit manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for the culture of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), providing a comprehensive kit for the optimal expansion and maintenance of MSCs in vitro.
AMMS® MSC Medium is a standardized, serum-free medium for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and their primary progenitor cells. The AMMS® MSC Cell Culture Kit supports the long-term growth of MSCs and maintains their multipotent differentiation potential. The complete medium is prepared by thoroughly mixing the melted AMMS® MSC Additive, storing it directly or aliquoting and storing it at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is recommended to use the prepared complete medium within one week.
