The Labmax™ Adjustable / Purging / Bottle-Top Dispenser, 0.3-2.5 mL, Labnet is developed through extensive testing and end-user input. The result is an easy-to-use system with many important functions.
The unique closed-circuit air purging system can remove the air and bubbles in the distributor without loss of valuable reagents. Reagent "protection valve" prevents accidental discharge of reagent when the dosing machine is not in use. A simple turn of the operating mode selector will activate this safety function. No discharge cap is required. The unique integrated swivel neck allows the discharge pipe to rotate 360 ° for dispensing without affecting the connection with the bottle.
The dispenser can be completely autoclaved to 121 ° C for sterilization. The Labmax™ can be disassembled quickly for thorough cleaning. The volume can be adjusted quickly and accurately by using the lock rocker switch. ISO 9001 certification has been obtained in the design, development and manufacturing phase of the Labmax™ .
