Trifecta Valve (CAT#: AM-IA-0871-LC)

The Trifecta Valve is a tri-leaflet stented pericardial valve which is suitable for supra-annular placement in the aortic position.. The valve is made using a titanium stent covered with polyester. The stent, except the sewing cuff is then covered with porcine pericardial tissue. The covering only allows tissue-to-tissue contact so that provides protection from mechanical wear during valve function. The silicone insert in the sewing cuff is slightly contoured to fit to the shape of a natural annular.
