Allegro™ Single-Use Filling Needles (CAT#: AM-BP-0868-LC)

Allegro Single-Use Filling Needles provide a unique, cost-effective direct replacement for stainless steel filling needles currently used for sterile liquid filling. This multifunctional needle is compatible with new or existing disposable filling lines, where the fluid path is sterilized by autoclave or gamma irradiation. A complete disposable assembly with a needle simplifies the operation of the filling machine, saves assembly time and reduces risk of needle installation.

Material of Shaft: Polyether Ether Ketone reinforced with non-fluid contact stainless steel
Material of Hub: Polypropylene
Needle Sizes: 0.8, 1.6 and 3.2 mm with female luer connection, and 3.2, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0 mm with a direct tube connection
Sterilization: Gamma irradiation or autoclave
