1. The dual pump is based on a two-channel, dual-piston tandem design that includes all the basic functions a solvent delivery system must perform.
2. Two pump assemblies perform solvent metering and high pressure side delivery, generating pressures up to 400 bar. Each pump assembly includes pump drive, pump head, active inlet valve (replaceable cartridge) and outlet valve.
3. The reliable design of the unit minimizes maintenance through the use of electronically controlled active inlet valves with flow rates up to 5.0 mL/min.
4. Floating pistons ensure maximum sealing, low internal and external volumes of capillary connections, and minimal table space thanks to two twin pistons, in-series pumps in one housing.
