Description

This real-time PCR kit incorporates SYBR Green dye chemistry for the detection ofAdenovirus Type F. With primers tailored to conserved gene regions, the reaction generates fluorescence during amplification. The system monitors this signal continuously, allowing users to obtain precise qualitative and quantitative data from various sample types.
