Highlights

1. It can meet the low detection limit requirements of ICP and ICP-MS and provide laboratory ultrapure acid in harsh analytical applications. The containers used are made of Teflon corrosion-resistant non-adsorption plastic, which can handle common acids in the laboratory.
2. Experiments show that the metal impurity content can be reduced to about 0.01ppb after the acid with a metal impurity content of about 10ppb is distilled once. If the purity of the acid is required to be higher, the number of purifications can be increased.
