Description

The manufacturer of the 375 Personal Densitometer SI, Molecular Dynamics is Molecular Dynamics.
Refurbished GE Healthcare Personal Densitometer SI (model number 375) complete with PC; application and scan control software; and manuals.
Personal Densitometer SI uses a laser scanner and light-integrating cylinder to quantify stained electrophoresis gels, blotting membranes, and films exposed by chemiluminescence or radiochemicals. The entire sample area is rapidly imaged as a laser beam scans in one direction while the sample moves in the perpendicular direction. High spatial resolution captures the complete detail of any gel, blot, or film. Personal Densitometer SI enables quantitative image analysis for a comprehensive variety of sample types and provides outstanding linearity, sensitivity, and resolution.
Personal Densitometer SI includes scan control and ImageQuant analysis software for Windows 2000 or Macintosh operating systems.
