2182A Nanovoltmeter, Keithley Instruments (CAT#: STEM-LE-0110-LC)

Highlights

Maintain low noise measurements at high speeds, typically just 15nV p-p noise at 1s response time, 40-50nV p-p noise at 60ms
Delta mode can use a reversible current source up to 24Hz with 30nV p-p noise (typical) to coordinate measurements for a single reading. Average multiple readings to further reduce noise
Synchronization to line to provide 110dB NMRR and minimize the effect of AC common mode current

Cat Number: STEM-LE-0110-LC

Application: Characterizes low-resistance materials and devices

Model: 2182A

Description

The dual-channel 2182A Nanovoltmeter is improved for stable low-noise voltage measurements, and reliably and repeatably characterizes low-resistance materials and devices. Compared with alternative low-voltage measurement solutions, it provides higher measurement speed and much better noise performance.

Specification

Dimensions (WxDxH): 238 x 370 x 104 mm
Channels: 2
Interface: GPIB, RS-232C, SCPI
Noise Performance: 15 nV p-p at 1s (40-50 nV p-p at 60 ms)
Range: 10 mV to 100 V (and 100 mV to 10 V)
