Description

15Q-HNmicro and 30Q-HNmicro are anion exchange chromatography media for oligonucleotide separation by charge difference. They are designed to separate oligonucleotides from failed sequences within the 5-50 base range. The media support separation of N-1 and N+1 impurities. Both formats use PS-DVB matrix particles with different particle sizes. Defined ion exchange capacity and dynamic loading support process selection. The media tolerate a wide pH range and are stored in ethanol solution. Low backpressure supports practical column operation. They are suitable for high-resolution oligonucleotide purification workflows.
