This digital alarm thermometer is designed for continuous monitoring and spot checks in temperature-controlled areas. A stainless-steel blunt probe connects to the display unit through a durable three-meter cable. The gold-plated connector helps reduce connection-related measurement errors. Minimum and maximum memory allows operators to review the highest and lowest recorded temperatures. User-configurable high and low limits activate audible, visual, or combined alarms. A delayed alarm option helps prevent brief temperature changes from triggering unnecessary alerts. The large LCD supports observation from storage, packaging, refrigeration, and display areas.
