This waterproof digital probe thermometer is designed for checking food during preparation, cooking, distribution, and storage. Its pointed probe supports insertion into food for internal temperature measurement. The instrument continuously updates the highest and lowest measured values until the memory is reset. Celsius and Fahrenheit units can be selected according to the operating requirement. A one-second display refresh supports routine spot checks and process monitoring. Field calibration can be performed through the adjustable control beneath the rear calibration screw. The pocket clip and probe sheath protect the sensor and support convenient carrying. Its IP67 enclosure is suitable for wet food-processing and storage environments. Battery operation provides approximately 5,000 hours of continuous use under stated conditions.
