100 mL Custom Syringe Pump for 3D Sand Mold Printing, 1% Accuracy (CAT#: STEM-AL-2714-ZJF)

This customized syringe pump is configured for fluid delivery in 3D cast-sand mold printing equipment. It uses a 100 mL syringe with a high-borosilicate glass barrel and a PTFE piston. A SUS304 stainless steel push rod provides mechanical support for repeated actuation. The fluid-contact construction is selected for corrosion resistance. A ball-screw transmission converts motor rotation into controlled linear piston movement. A 57-frame stepper motor provides the drive force with low-noise and stable operation. An optical sensor detects the initial piston position for repeatable startup. The pump supports serial and CAN communication for integration into automated equipment. Its pressure capability, stroke control, and extended cycle-life specification are intended for repeated metering operations.
