Description

nano3DX X-ray Microscope is able to provide 3D computed tomography (CT) images of relatively large samples at high resolution. This is achieved by using a high-power rotating anode X-ray source and a high-resolution CCD detector. Rotating anodes provide fast data acquisition and can easily switch anode materials to optimize the contrast of specific sample types.
